This practice was established in 1965, and has been serving the people of this area continuously from this time. We see our role as helping you to be as healthy as you can be. To do this, we have a highly-committed practice team made up of different health professionals, working closely together. This allows us to better provide holistic healthcare, assisting you in staying well. Our aim is to prevent illness where possible, or achieve the best possible outcomes where it cannot.

We have built our practice around the model of the Patient-Centred Medical Home.

A patient-centred medical home is the general practice which is chosen by a person to be responsible for their ongoing, comprehensive, whole-person medical care. In a medical home, patients and their families have a continuing relationship with their GP and the general practice team. The whole team co-ordinates the care needed to optimise health.
